Firebee integrates sensor cable detection systems to its central unit through repeaters and compatible integration modules, allowing third-party sensor cables and monitors to be supervised by the Firebee central unit and alerts to be handled in the SDAI wireless.

Sensor Cable Detection System Monitors are devices designed to supervise and control systems that use sensor cables to detect the presence of heat or fire in critical areas. These sensor cables are installed along extensive areas such as tunnels, warehouses, factories, and other industrial environments where point detection would not be effective or practical. The sensor cable is sensitive to temperature changes along its length, quickly identifying any abnormal rise that may indicate the presence of a fire or overheating.

The monitors act as control centers for these cable detection systems, receiving real-time information about the temperature detected at each point along the cable. As soon as an anomaly is identified, the system monitor sends an immediate alert to the fire control panel, enabling alarm activation and, in some cases, the automatic triggering of fire suppression systems, such as sprinklers or smoke curtains. These monitors are capable of accurately detecting the exact location of the temperature rise along the cable, facilitating a rapid and effective response.
